Hi! My name is Anoushka!

I am a high school student with a strong passion for mental health. In my first year of high school, I noticed a lack of awareness and resources available to youth struggling with their mental health. I decided I wanted to be a part of the change and inspire other youth to do the same. I have learned a lot about mental health over the past few years from participating in youth activism as well as dealing with my own mental health as a busy high school student. I wanted to create a platform with the resources directed towards education so that more youth like myself can educate themselves on this important topic of mental health!
